if we have a man's picture in sunlight and we know the time of clicking the picture then we can know the co-ordinates of his position. we can have the ratio of the height of the man and lenght of the shadow of the man then we can know the angle of elevation of the sun at that place and then we can calculate at which place was the angle of elevation of the sun was same and then we can know the exact co-ordinates
this has lots of exceptions, if sun is not there or shadow is not clicked in the picture. also the measurements wont be accurate enough as shadow is in 3rd dimention, ratio calculation can go wrong as shadow height will be taken wrong
